Marcia Soutto Mayor is a senior marketing strategist and business leader with more than 25 years of international experience across Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the United States. She is co-founder of Lagoa Marketing Strategy & Services and co-owner and consultant at WSI – SMG Group, helping organizations connect strategy with audiences and growth.

Marcia also brings nonprofit governance experience, having served on the boards of the Latin Women Association of Malaysia (LWAM), supporting community and charitable initiatives, and Send A Child to School (SACS) in Argentina, advancing educational opportunities for underserved children.

Since making the Piedmont Triad home in 2020, Marcia has developed a strong connection to the region. A lifelong lover of the arts, she believes cultural education plays an essential role in enriching individuals, strengthening communities, and building a more connected society. She brings to TIB an international perspective and expertise in strategy, branding, communications, governance, and audience engagement.
